It was clean and the staff were helpful and thoughtful, beds were very clean. The morning breakfast was very good with good coffee and so many options to satisfy all dietary preferences, as example...

The experience was really marred by the rude doorman who never acknowledged me, which was super uncomfortable.

Breakfast was incredible, I appreciated almost everything.
The room was good-sized and quiet with kettle, a fridge plus 4 beds for 4 guests, the check-in was easy. The staff seemed very friendly. The location was comfy for walking around Cocolo Niigata.

Booked a room with 4 beds. Location: the hotel was close enough to a suitable restaurant and the train station and one of the bus stations in Niigata and a shopping district.

I had a great stay with excellent value for my money, and the room, despite being on the smaller side, was comfortable for my son and me. The location is perfect-right across from the train station-and the staff was accommodating and friendly, really going out of their way to help us.
Food for breakfast could be arranged more efficiently to ease movement.

Global View boasts an excellent location right across from the Niigata Station. The hotel offers a variety of local food options nearby, including a highly recommended ramen shop just around the corner. Despite being an older hotel, the spacious room provided comfort was nice. The breakfast selection was good, offering traditional Japanese cuisine to energize for the day ahead.
The corridors felt somewhat dark and less secure for solo travelers.

I had a great time staying here over New Year! The location is perfect-right across from the train station, making everything super accessible. The breakfast was a good surprise, with a variety of local specialties that I genuinely enjoyed. Plus, the onsen was a fantastic way to relax after all the festivities!
On the downside, the bathroom seemed a bit outdated compared to the overall modern vibe of the room. I found the pillows a bit lacking; having just two felt insufficient for a comfy night’s sleep. a pleasant stay, but a few tweaks would make it even better!

Man, the spot real convenient, right near the JR Station! Breakfast hit nice with that Japanese rice and pork chops, but those bathrooms? Kinda cramped, ya feel me? I ain't mad at the stay. Just don't expect too much space, that's all.

The culinary scene nearby was a treasure trove! I feasted on fresh sushi at Tomizushi Niigata and slurped noodles at Sobaudon. The room was well-equipped, offering a LAN cable and a cozy fridge to keep my local snacks. Lastly, the Japanese breakfast was a nice touch, perfect for fueling my adventures.

This hotel was an absolute disaster. The staff treated me like a regular instead of the VIP I am. The key card fiasco was just embarrassing, waiting in front of my room for 15 mins. Plus, the bathroom was elevated, which woudl ve been cute if I were a toddler. I almost considered giving a good review, but no.
